If "ALL INCLUSIVE" pricing described above is not available for foreign products, BNL must be the importer on record: The Incoterms shall be DAP along with the utilization of BNLs Freight Forwarder to be provided. Please provide the following on your quote: 1. Country of Origin (COO) 2. Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) 3. Lead Time 4. Ship from Country or State Please also return the following along with your quote: Published Price list: Please provide a Published Price List that is available online. The Department of Energy requires that we justify our pricing. If an online Published Price List is not available, a redacted invoice from another customer that purchased the same or similar items in the past would suffice or a webpage screenshot of the same item showing online pricing.
