SEMI-AUTOMATIC PROBE STATION UPGRADE PER (ATTACHMENT 1_PHOTONICS_SPECIFICATIONS) OR ITS EQUIVALENT

Kindly participate in an “All Inclusive” “FFP” (Firm Fixed Price) RFQ by Brookhaven Science Associates, LLC (herein known as “BSA”), operator of Brookhaven National Laboratory (BNL) under a Prime Contract (DE-SC0012704) with the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) herewith solicits your quote for Semi-Automatic Probe Station Upgrade per (Attachment 1_Photonics_Specifications) or its Equivalent as outlined in the Draft Purchase Order (Enclosure A). 

IMPORTANT NOTE:

Freight along with Tariffs and any Packing & Handling fees are to be included in the “All-Inclusive” price of the item delivered to BNL. *The BNL PO will NOT have a line for freight or extra fees. Please include all costs in the price of the product.

If "ALL INCLUSIVE" pricing described above is not available for foreign products, BNL must be the importer on record:  The Incoterms shall be “DAP” along with the utilization of BNLs Freight Forwarder to be provided.

2.  Unique Entity Identifier (UEI)

3.  Lead Time

4. Ship from Country or State

Please also return the following along with your quote:

1. Published Price list: Please provide a Published Price List that is available online.  The Department of Energy requires that we justify our pricing.  If an online Published Price List is not available, a redacted invoice from another customer that purchased the same or similar items in the past would suffice or a webpage screenshot of the same item showing online pricing.

This will be the only notification made requesting such solicitation for this RFQ.

Upon an award the attached Terms and Conditions will apply
