1. BACKGROUND & SCOPE
The Government is conducting market research to identify interested and capable sources to support the Senegal MILES-IWS2 program. The requirement entails the procurement and delivery of the Multiple Integrated Laser Engagement System - Individual Weapon System 2 (MILES-IWS2) and associated support required to build partner capacity for the Senegalese Armed Forces.
This effort is in support of expiring FY26 Building Partner Capacity (BPC) Section 333 requirements.

Interested parties are requested to review the attached Sources Sought Notice Questionnaire and Draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) for detailed capability requirements.
Capability Statements and responses to the questionnaire must be submitted electronically via email to the Primary and Secondary Points of Contact listed in this posting.
Response Deadline: All responses must be submitted to sherrie.r.moore.civ@army.mil and received no later than 19 May 2026 at 5:00 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time (EDT).
