The maintenance and repair shall include the following specifications or equivalent (if not brand name):

Remove existing Temp/Humidity Controller for each of the Three (3) labs and replace with PLC Controller
•
PLC controller to be housed in a new 24x24 NEMA Enclosure
•
Provide a new stand along PC with VT SCADA to monitor, trend and store all data
•
Program PLC's to match existing temperature/humidity control
•
Install new control panels and interface to existing equipment
• Startup/Training of new control system
