SERVICENOW ORDER

Solicitation N6893625Q5137 is issued as a combined synopsis/solicitation. The Government intends to purchase on a firm-fixed-price basis, and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on a sole source basis with Carahsoft Technology Corporation under the Blanket Purchase Agreement N6600119A0120 based on the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation 8.405-6(b).  This proposed purchase is for the annual renewal of ServiceNow software licenses and hosting. 

This notice is not a request for competitive proposals; however, any firm believing it can fulfill the requirement identified above may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 3 days after the date of publication of this notice, which shall be considered by the agency.  The written response shall reference solicitation number N6893625Q5137 and provide a capability statement that clearly indicates the firm’s experience, assets, background, and ability to perform the required work without compromising the quality, accuracy, reliability, and schedule. 

The Request for Quote (RFQ) is included in this combined synopsis/solicitation and is also posted to GSA’s eBuy in accordance with FAR 8.402(d)(1)(ii).  

Interested firms must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at https://sam.gov/ to start doing business with the federal government.
