The Contractor must be a qualified provider of these services within 40 miles (60 mins) of Travis Air Force Base, with 24/7 response capability.

Procedures for Award: The Government intends to award a single source contract directly to Napa Solano SANE/SART. in accordance 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1), Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
