SFS TRACKER 2072 CC FLAT BOTTOM BOAT W ACCESSORIES

This is a combined synopsis/commercial solicitation set-aside 100% for Small Business. The subject requirement is for a commercial product; as such, this solicitation is prepared in accordance with (IAW) Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.  This solicitation is not an authorization to begin performance, and in no way obligates the Government for any costs incurred by the offeror associated with developing an offer.  The Government reserves the right not to award a contract in response to this RFQ.  Prior to commencement of any activities associated with performance of this requirement, the Government will issue a written directive or contractual document signed by the Contracting Officer with appropriate consideration established. 

The purpose of this solicitation is for the purchase and delivery of one 2025 Tracker 2072 CC with Mercury 150XlL four stroke engine, Bimini top, GPS, and trailer.  Currently, the Government anticipates awarding this acquisition to one vendor that is both capable of providing the required product on Atch 1 – SFS Boat Technical Specifications, Atch 2 – Pricing Worksheet, and provides the lowest technically acceptable offer
