    Description

    SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPSIS 

    The purpose of this Sources Sought Synopsis is to assist in our decision-making process for a service procurement. This is not a solicitation, nor a request for quotes or proposals. Responses to this sources sought synopsis will be used by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions.

    The Government is not obligated to nor will it pay for or reimburse any costs associated with responding to this sources sought synopsis request. This notice shall not be construed as a commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation or ultimately award of a contract, nor does it restrict the Government to a particular acquisition approach.

    The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 21, is conducting market research to identify potential vendors with economic status of Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned, Veteran-Owned, and other Small Businesses that can provide the general requirements below.

    GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

    Contractor shall furnish all equipment, labor, materials, apparatus, tools, parts, transportation, supervision, permits, disposal, reporting and expertise necessary to provide:

    1. Testing/inspection report of the Supply Fans and Exhaust Fans listed in table 3.5.1
    2. Preventive Maintenance report of belts for belt-driven exhaust fans listed in table 4.5.1
    3. Quarterly Ventilation Testing and Balancing to the rooms listed below in table 5.4.1 up to 231. There may be an additional 10 rooms, or no more than 4% by Cubic Feet, that can be added to this requirement. These requirements must match and reference the latest VA HVAC Manual or detail any deviations as necessary.

    • 1700 Owens Street, San Francisco, CA 94158

    Period of Performance:

    • The intended period of performance will be for 5 years, which may approximately begin around February 1, 2025
