Meaning, the goal of this solicitation is to find a small business to meet the requirements of the 164th Airlift Wing. “Award will be made to the offeror who represents the best value to the Government as outlined in accordance with the criteria set forth within the solicitation. No contract award will be made until appropriated funds are made available.” Please provide a quote for the below item in accordance with the attached product specifications; Quote shall be FOB destination with shipping charges included in quote. 1) Shade Structure Canopy - provide materials in accordance with the attached product specifications. The government require materials specified and the government will be installing the canopy. Install will be in grass coving a concrete pad.
