I am working on getting the brand name for the cloth materials. Should have brand posted by Tuesday, September 2. UPDATE#2 - shade measured at approximately 40-feet by 50-feet (measured each post, center-to-center). Staff did not know the brand name for sure of the sail cloth manufacturer, but the original installer was PlayMart. Added to list and is in bold and italicized font. Shade Structure Fabric Replacement and Installation The Buckley Space Force Base (Buckley SFB) A-Basin Child Development Center (A-Basin CDC) is requesting quotes to replace worn shade structure fabrics and cables for three (3) existing frame/structures. The three (3) frame/structures are designated as Pre-Toddler, Toddler, and Preschool. Measurements/Requirements for each are provided below: Pre-Toddler: Shade Size: 15’ x 15’ Unit Type: 4-point Sails Entry Height: 10’ Number of Columns: 4 Number of Fabric Types: 2 Cable/Hardware Finish: Galvanized Toddler: Shade Size: 25’ x 18’ Unit Type: 4-point Sails Entry Height: 10’ Number of Columns: 4 Number of Fabric Types: 2 Cable/Hardware Finish: Galvanized Preschool: Shade Size: 28’ x 20’ Unit Type: 4-point Sails Entry Height: 10’ Number of Columns: 4 Number of Fabric Types: 2 Cable/Hardware Finish: Galvanized Shade #7: Shade Size: 40’ x 50’ (approximately - measured center-to-center of the mounting poles) Unit Type: 4-point Sails Entry Height: 20’ (approximately) Number of Columns: 4 Number of Fabric Types: 1 Cable/Hardware Finish: Galvanized Delivery: Liftgate required, limited access delivery. The contractor shall deliver three 4-point sails to meet the above requirements no more than 60 days after receipt of the order. Sails shall be delivered to Building 351, located at Buckley Space Force Base, CO 80011. Delivered items will be inspected and accepted by the government officials responsible for receiving the products and performing any required inspections. Installation: The Contractor shall be responsible for the removal and off-base disposal of the existing fabric & cabling, and shall install and tension the new fabric, complete with hardware.
