SHIPS SERVICE TURBINE GENERATOR (SSTG) MATERIALS

The Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY & IMF) is issuing a Request for Quote (RFQ) to Northrop Grumman Corporation (NGC), in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, for a Firm Fixed-Price contract to procure materials for the repair and overhaul of the Ship Service Turbine Generators (SSTGs) onboard two Virginia-class submarines. 

In accordance with DFARS PGI 206-302-1, a sources sought notice was posted to the Government Point of Entry, SAM.gov from 8 April 2025 - 11 April 2025 to determine whether other sources could satisfy this requirement. The Government received no responses from industry indicating capability in performing the requirement. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 336611 and the Size Standard of 1,300 applies. Product Service Code is J020 Maintenance, Repaid, Rebuilding of Equipment - Ship and Marine Equipment.

• The Offer must be submitted in accordance with the CLIN structure and instructions established in the solicitation. 
• 52.204-24: Section (d)(1) and (d)(2) of this provision must be filled out by the Offeror.
• 52.204-26: Section (c)(1) and (c)(2) of this provision must be filled out by the Offeror. 
• All solicitation amendments must be acknowledged in offer submission. 
• All questions regarding the solicitation shall be submitted in writing via email to the listed POCs.
