In accordance with FAR Part 10 - Market Research, this sources sought notice is being issued by the 905th CBn on behalf of the Special Warfare Medical Group, United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) to identify vendors capable of providing essential medical training simulators and manikin bundles for Special Operations Forces (SOF) medical personnel. This sources sought notice is intended for planning purposes only to determine industry interest and capability. This notice does not constitute a Request for Proposal. The Government is not seeking or accepting unsolicited proposals. This notice should not be construed as a contract, a promise to contract, or a commitment of any kind by the Government. Requests for solicitation will not receive a response. All information is to be submitted at no cost or obligation to the U.S. Government. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this announcement or any follow-up information requests. The U.S. Government reserves the right to reject, in whole or in part, any input as a result of this market survey. The U.S. Government is not obligated to notify respondents of the results of this survey. If a formal solicitation is generated at a later date, a solicitation notice will be published.

The Special Warfare Medical Group is seeking vendors capable of providing a total of 16 Simulaids PHTLS Simulators for Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) training and 18 bundles of CPR manikin kits for Basic Life Support (BLS) training.
Items Needed and Quantity:
The required Simulaids PHTLS Simulators must meet American Heart Association (AHA) Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) training guidelines. These full-body units must facilitate comprehensive airway management, including complications, IV therapy (right arm), chest compressions, manubrium IO catheter insertion, bilateral pneumothorax decompression, and bilateral chest tube insertion. Each simulator should weigh approximately 140 pounds (63.6 kg) and be constructed to withstand rigorous training scenarios while adhering to AHA ACLS guidelines. Simulators must be compatible with iSim systems.
