AMENDMDENT 0002:

The purpose of this amendment 0002 is to post updated EMSS Kit Specifications (Attachment 1 Revised EMSS Kit Specifications) pertaining specifically to the Graphics Processing Unit (GPU), Attachment 2 (Revised Proposal Evaluation Worksheet) is also updated to reflect the changes to the GPU. Attachment 5 (Updated Post-Final Questions) is also updated to answer and clarify additional questions received after the posting of Amendment 0001. This Amendment 0002 extends the proposal deadline to 17 October 2025.

AMENDMENT 0001:

Final Questions Answered Update: Upon posting Amendment 0001 three questions came in that are addressed in Attachment 5 Updated Final Questions Answered. See questions 35-37. At this time no further questions will be addressed per Solicitation Paragraph 1.1 all questions were required to be received within 15 days of solicitation posting.

Due to a system error, Amendment 0001 has been re-posted with an effective date of 9/17/2025.

The purpose of this amendment 0001 is to post answers to questions received in response to the solicitation under Attachment
5 Questions Answered_25RJW85_Amendment 1. The solicitation also corrected the NAICS code under Clause 52.204-8 on
page 74 of the solicitation from 334511 to 334111. The amendment also updated Attachment 1 EMSS Kit Specifications and
extends the proposal deadline to 14 October 2025. The amendment also checked clause 52.225-5 Trade Agreements under
52.212-5 on page 41 of the solicitation.
