This notice is not a request for competitive proposals however If interested Government shall consider all responses. The requirement is for Preventive Maintenance (PM) and comprehensive repair service(s) for four (4) Smart Eye AB Pro dx multi-camera eye tracking systems (120 Hz). The four systems will need continued warranty coverage. This support service purchase will provide the immediate response and software upgrades necessary to ensure the continuity of the feature. The design of the eye tracking system and the unique support offered is proprietary to Smart Eye AB. This offers only applies to support services for the eye tracking systems. These highly technical instruments require comprehensive PM inspections and services and ongoing repair service(s) throughout the base plus two (2) option year contract period of performance (POP) - 9/30/2025- 9/29/2028 by specially trained service engineers/technicians that use the manufacturers unique certified parts to maintain these critical instruments at full operation and within the manufacturers tight operational specifications; deviation from which results in corrupted/inaccurate data or data interpretation. The NAICS code for this action is 811210. This requirement will be procured under the guidelines of FAR Part 12 Commercial Items. NMRC requires that all contractors doing business with the Acquisition Office must be registered with the Systems for Award Management (SAM).
