SME SUPPORT TRAVEL

The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on other than a full and open competition basis the open market travel costs associated with the services being procured on GSA Schedule GS-00F-080GA. 

These services are sole sourced to Global Technology and Management Resources, Inc. (GTMR) 44145 Airport View Dr., Ste. 102 Hollywood, Md 20636-3153, for continued support of program testing and SME supportive services. The travel costs associated with these services are being procured as one complete package. 

This is not a request for quotes, however any firms believing that they can provide the services, as a whole unit, may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice. It must clearly show the firm's ability to be responsive without compromising the quality, accuracy, or reliability of the product without causing programmatic hardship. Going forward, all new entities registering in GSA's System for Award Management (SAM), as well as existing registrations being updated or renewed, will require the submission of an original, signed notarized letter identifying the authorized Entity Administrator for the entity associated with the Data Universal Numbering System (DUNS) number before the registration will be activated. It is recommended that all interested parties be aware that processing this additional information may take several days and are proactive in maintaining the SAM registrations in an 'Active' status as the government cannot award to an entity without an 'Active' SAM registration.
