SNAKE CONVEYER REPAIR

This is a Presolicitation Notice issued in accordance with (IAW) Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) FAR 5.1 and 12.201-1(c)(2).

THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS NOR QUOTATIONS.

The Government intends to solicit this requirement directly from suppliers IAW RFO FAR 12.201-1(c)(2) for firm-fixed price service contract to repair existing snake conveyer in the Industrial Wastewater Treatment Plant (IWPT), building (Bldg.) 175-27, Sagami General Depot (SGD), Kanagawa Prefecture, JAPAN. 

Anticipated award date is around 1 Jun 2026 (subject to change).

Description: The contractor shall provide all necessary labor, management, tools, equipment, transportation, materials, and any other items or services necessary to repair the snake conveyer in the IWPT, Bldg. 175-27, Sagami General Depot (SGD), Kanagawa Prefecture, JAPAN. 

Note: This project will be performed in its entirety in the country of Japan. The successful offeror must have valid licenses to perform work in the country of Japan.
