SOLE SOURCE - HAAS CERTIFIED TECHNICIAN FOR MAINTENANCE & REPAIR OF EXISTING EQUIPMENT

SEE ATTACHED SOLICITATION:  Naval Special Warfare Command (NSWC) has a requirement for a Haas certified technician to provide parts, maintenance, inspection, and perform software updates to a HAAS manufactured TM-1P CNC Milling machine and a Haas Maxiem 1530 waterjet.  Phillips Corporation Federal Division (CAGE 3MPQ0) is the only vendor, authorized by Haas, that can provide the Haas certified technician, capable of providing parts, maintenance, inspection, and perform software updates to a HAAS manufactured TM-1P CNC Milling machine and a Haas manufactured Maxiem 1530 water jet without jeopardizing the equipment warranties.   The acquisition will be conducted in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Supart 13 – Simplified Acquisition Procedures.   Any resulting request for quote (RFQ) will be sole sourced to Phillips Corporation Federal Division.  The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this effort is 811310 and the Size Standard is $12.5M.
