The Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division (NSWC PCD), Fleet Diving and Life Support Systems (REDACTED) branch has an immediate need for the overhaul disassembly and rebuild of the RDOTPS. The Pump Manifold is an essential part of the system, without which this system cannot perform as intended. Coastal Machines is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) of the RDOTPS manifolds, frame, and control panel and, as a result, are the only supplier with access to the drawings and proprietary information and skills that are required to properly fabricate a fully functional RDOTPS System. As such, the government does not expect significant savings through competition due to the significant costs and significant to recertify a new system. All quotes submitted in response to this announcement shall be reviewed if submitted by the close date. RFQ must include supporting documents: Capabilities Statement, Proof of past performance for similar work, and cage code.
