SOLE SOURCE | VIRTI VIRTUAL REALITY (VR) SOFTWARE LICENSES

THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS

Requirement: Virtual Reality (VR) software licenses, base plus Option Year (OY)

Contractor:  VIRTI INC

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Network Contracting Office (NCO) 21 intends to award a sole source purchase to Virti Inc, 40E E  End Avenue, Apt 10, New York, NY 10028 for the Virti Virtual Reality (VR) software licenses, base plus one(1) Option Year (OY).

This action is for supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13 and 41 USC §1901, only one will meet the Government s needs. Only one source is capable of responding due to the unique or specialized nature of the supplies and/or services. It is the Governments belief that the proposed candidate is the only provider of the Virti VR software licenses that can meet the agency’ s needs.

Any business that believes it can meet the requirements may give written notification prior to the response due date and time. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to perform the requirement for the estimated period of performance. Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. If no responses are received, the Government will proceed with the award. The Government will not be responsible for any costs incurred by responding to this notice. Contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov at the time of the response due date.

Responses are due by June 6, 2025, 12:00 PM (PST). All responses shall be submitted via e-mail to Edward.Hunter@va.gov and Janetra.Johnson@va.gov . Telephone requests will not be accepted.
