If the Government does not receive an acceptable quotation from an eligible ISBEE, the Government may evaluate quotations and consider award under the following cascading set-asides tiers: 1st Tier- Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (ISBEE) 2nd Tier- Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business 3rd Tier- Certified HubZone Small Business 4th Tier- Small Disadvantage Business 5th Tier- All Other Small Business Concerns This solicitation incorporates by reference those provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2026-01. Content of Quotation Submission: All offers shall submit the following documents to be considered for award no later than the quotation due date and time specified herein: • Volume I - Technical Specification • Volume II - Past Performance (Attachment 1) • Volume III - Price (Attachment 2) • Completed Indian Economic Enterprise Representation form • Signed Standard Form (SF) 1449, request for quotations Submission of Questions: All questions regarding this solicitation shall reference the solicitation number and submitted no later than, July 14, 2026, at 03:00 PM Mountain Time (MT).
