This solicitation is intended to result in a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Contract for a total quantity of 16 EA for NSN: 1005-01-221-0420. Under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), Soliciting from a Single Source, this Request for Quotation (RFQ) is sole sourced to The Boeing Company INC, CAGE Code: 8V613, as the Government does not own the associated Technical Data Package (TDP). This RFQ will result in a firm fixed price (FFP) purchase order for the following requirement. REQUIREMENT: NOUN: Feeder, Ammunition NSN: 1005-01-221-0420 PART NO.: 7-317236300-3 UNIT OF ISSUE: Each (EA) QUANTITY: 16 EA The Government intends to negotiate with only one source, The Boeing Company. In accordance with FAR 5.207(c)(16)(iii), all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
