The proposed location must be currently zoned for the intended use, building infrastructure (water, sewer, utilities) to the proposed site must be in-place or readily available, must comply with fire safety & security requirements, and the site must have paved access to major highways. Close proximity to Watervliet Arsenal is desirable. Offerors are specifically placed on notice that some requirements for building elements may exceed the normal "warehouse" standards as driven by military requirements and policies.
