SOLICITATION FOR MULTI-PURPOSE LOW-ROOF 8-PASSENGER LIGHT COMMERCIAL MINIBUS – FOR THE U.S. EMBASSY ANKARA, TÜRKIYE

Dear Prospective Quoter,

Subject: Request for Quotations (RFQ) number 19TU1525Q4214 – One (1) Multi-Purpose Low-Roof 8+1 Minibus.

Enclosed is a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for one (1) new multi-purpose low-roof light commercial passenger minibus, configured for driver + 8 passengers (8+1), Euro 6.2 diesel, automatic transmission (≥8-speed), power-operated sliding doors (dual preferred) and the other technical specifications listed in Section 1 of the solicitation for the U.S. Embassy Ankara. If you would like to submit a quotation, please follow the instructions in Section 3 of the solicitation, complete the required portions of the attached document, and submit it to the email address indicated on the SF-1449 that follows this letter.

The U.S. Government intends to award a firm-fixed-price purchase order to the responsible company submitting a technically acceptable offer at the lowest evaluated price (LPTA). Only offers from manufacturers, manufacturer-authorized distributors/resellers, or prime contractors that will source the vehicle from authorized distributors/sellers — with full manufacturer warranty, servicing, and parts availability in Türkiye — will be considered; offers must include proof of authorization and warranty validity in Türkiye. The Government intends to make award based on initial quotations without discussions; however, we reserve the right to conduct discussions if determined necessary.

Quotations are due by Wednesday, September 10th, 2025, on or before 3:30 p.m. (GMT+3). Late quotations will not be accepted. Proposals must be in English; incomplete proposals will be rejected as non-responsive.
