SOLICITATION - HAND CONTROL UNITS

The United States Army Contracting Command - Detroit Arsenal (ACC-DTA) intends to award a purchase order for the procurement of Hand Control Units, National Stock Numbers (NSN)s 1095-01-689-2324, 1095-01-689-2346, 1095-01-689-2309. This solicitation is intended to result in a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Contract for a total quantity of 33 EA for NSN: 1095-01-689-2346, 49 EA for NSN: 1095-01-689-2309, and 33 EA for NSN: 1095-01-689-2324 with a 100% option for an additional same quantities per NSN. 

This solicitation is 100% set aside for Small Businesses. There is a Technical Data Package (TDP) associated with this procurement. The TDP is EXPORT CONTROLLED, Distribution D.

You must request access to the TDP via SAM.gov and have JCP Certification. You must be certified under the United States/Canada Joint Certification Program (JCP) (https://www.dla.mil/HQ/LogisticsOperations/Services/JCP/) to be granted access to the TDP for this solicitation. CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is, in fact, unable to maintain a mailing list. The burden is therefore on any interested parties to periodically access the above internet address in order to obtain any amendments which may be issued. Failure to obtain any amendments and to respond to them prior to the date and time set for receipt of proposals may render your proposal nonresponsive and result in the rejection of the proposal.
