1.Amendment 0008 to the solicitation is to add the following:

2.This is an open continuous solicitation with successive closing dates for the BUNKERS PACOM Purchase Program. The Government anticipates receiving new requirements throughout the performance period from date of award to September 30, 2026. Therefore, solicitation SPE608-21-R-0200 will remain open for any new line items to be solicited. As new requirements are received, the Government will issue amendment(s) to the solicitation; with new closing dates for the new requirements and afford all Offerors an opportunity to compete for the new line items.”
