For non-commercial items exceeding the $10,000,000 threshold, Certified Cost and Pricing Data must be submitted. This letter constitutes a solicitation request to procure items, as a One-Time Buy (OTB) in support of the CH-47 Chinook weapon system, and issued under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) SPE4A1-25-G-0008 - SPE4A1-25-G-0011. The terms and conditions of your proposal must be in accordance with those of the aforementioned contract. This requirement has been advertised in the SAM.gov website for viewing by the general public. If another supplier indicates interest in responding to the requirement as a result of viewing the synopsis, a formal solicitation will be issued to accommodate that supplier. An expedient reply is requested. However, the closing date for the referenced solicitation is no later than the close of business on 24 AUG 2026. Please send your proposal in writing. All efforts will be made to issue a delivery order against the modification to the (BOA) SPE4A1-25-G-0008 - SPE4A1-25-G-0011 contract as quickly as possible.
