AMENDED SOLICITATION/ SYNOPSIS AUTONOMOUS ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE (AI) RECRUITER SERVICES

AMENDMENT

The Mission and Installation Contracting Command - Installation Contracting Office, West Point, NY (MICC-West Point) is issuing this SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION Autonomous Artificial Intelligence (AI) Recruiter Services at the United States Military Academy (USMA). The estimated period of performance is 1 September 2025 – 31 August 2026 plus four (2) option years.

This requirement will be a 100% set aside for Small Business concerns under NAICS code 541613 – Marketing Consulting Services with a size standard of $19.0 million dollars and FSC/PSC of R423. - In order to be eligible for award, offerors must be registered as a Small Business concern under the appropriate NAICS code in the System for Award Management (SAM) at sam.gov. - Please verify that both your Entity Unique Identifier, Cage Code are current and valid in the System for Award Management (SAM). Offerors are reminded to carefully review solicitation documents issued as criteria is stated in the solicitation and shall govern.
