Synopsis – Extrusion Plant Radiographic Inspection System (EPRIS) Computed Tomography (CT) system

The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Indian Head Division (NSWC IHD) has a requirement for reconditioning and redeployment of the Extrusion Plant Radiographic Inspection System (EPRIS) Computed Tomography (CT) system.

NSWC IHD intends to award a Firm Fixed Price contract on a sole source basis to:

V.J. Technologies, Inc., located at 89 Carlough Road, Bohemia, New York 11716. The anticipated NAICs code is 541330 and the anticipated PSC is R425.

THIS IS NOT AN INVITATION FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. This acquisition is being pursued on a sole source basis under the statutory authority of 10 USC 3204(a)(1), as implemented in FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, the Government will consider all responses received to this notice. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement is solely within the discretion of the Government. No solicitation will be available for this procurement.
