SOURCES SOUGHT FOR AIRWORKS LEAD SYSTEMS INTEGRATOR (LSI) FOLLOW-ON

THIS SOURCES SOUGHT IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY.  IT IS A MARKET RESEARCH TOOL BEING USED TO DETERMINE POTENTIAL AND ELIGIBLE BUSINESSES CAPABLE OF PROVIDING THE SERVICES DESCRIBED HEREIN PRIOR TO DETERMINING THE METHODS OF ACQUISITION AND ISSUANCE OF A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL.

The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) AIRWorks Division is seeking Lead Systems Integrator (LSI) support to perform engineering, technical, and project management for a wide variety of programs and platforms that brings rapid acquisition and advanced capabilities to the warfighter.

Exception 1 to NAICS code 541330 is applicable to this effort.

RESPONSES IN ANY FORM ARE NOT OFFERS AND THE GOVERNMENT IS UNDER NO OBLIGATION TO AWARD A CONTRACT AS A RESULT OF THIS ANNOUNCEMENT. NO FUNDS ARE AVAILABLE TO PAY FOR PREPARATION OF RESPONSES TO THIS ANNOUNCEMENT. ANY INFORMATION SUBMITTED BY RESPONDENTS TO THIS SOURCES  SOUGHT IS STRICTLY VOLUNTARY.

ANTICIPATED PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE:

The anticipated period of performance is sixty (60) months with an anticipated start date of April 2028.

REQUIRED CAPABILITIES:

The Government is seeking potential sources capable of providing Lead Systems Integrator (LSI) support to include the following:

• Project Management Support
• Systems Engineering Support
• Test & Evaluation Support
• Acquisition Support
• Logistics Support
• Financial Analysis Support
• Administrative & Management Support
• Engineering Specialist & Technician Support
• Cyber Security Support

SUBMISSION INFORMATION:

It is requested that the interested businesses submit to the contracting office a brief capabilities statement package (no more than ten 8.5” x 11” pages, font no smaller than 12 point, 1.5 spacing) demonstrating their ability to provide the services listed in the required capabilities described herein. Documentation should be in bullet format.

All responses shall include: Company Name, Company Address, Company CAGE Code, Company Business Size, and Points-of-Contact (POC) including name, phone number and email address.

The capability statement shall be sent by email to Chloe O’Dell.

Submissions must be received at the office cited no later than 1600 EST on 21 Aug 2026.

All data received in responses to this Sources Sought that is marked or designated as corporate or proprietary will be protected. Information and materials submitted in response to this request WILL NOT be returned. Classified material SHALL NOT be submitted.
