SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE

1. Description

This is a Sources Sought notice for market research purposes only, issued to identify potential sources capable of providing the item described below. This is not a solicitation for proposals, a request for quotation, or an invitation for bid, nor does it commit the Government to any contractual agreement. The Government will not pay for any information received in response to this notice.

3. Requirement Details

The Government is seeking authorized sources for the following part:

• Part Name: Engine Electronic Control
• Part Number (P/N): 822835-5-108
• Manufacturer: Pratt & Whitney Component Solutions
• Required Quantity: Minimum of 1, Maximum of 2
• Condition: New or New Surplus condition is required.

4. Information Requested from Interested Parties

Interested parties are requested to submit a capabilities statement demonstrating their ability to provide the specified part. The statement should include, at a minimum, the following information:

• Company Information:
  • Company Name and Address
  • Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) from SAM.gov
  • CAGE Code
  • Point of Contact (Name, Title, Email, Phone)
• Authorization Status:
  • Evidence of being an authorized reseller or distributor for Pratt & Whitney Component Solutions. This can include a letter of authorization, a copy of a distribution agreement, or other verifiable proof.
• Availability:
  • Current stock availability for P/N 822835-5-108.
  • Lead time for delivery if the part is not in stock.
• Business Size:
  • Indicate if your business is a Small Business, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), HUBZone, Woman-Owned Small Business (WOSB), etc., under the relevant NAICS code.
