This is a Sources Sought Notice and NOT a solicitation announcement. The purpose of this notice is to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources to replace componentry of the Uninterruptable Power Supply (UPS) for revitalization on the Rock Island Arsenal (RIA) in support of Headquarters First Army (HQ1A). The U.S. Army Contracting Command-Rock Island (ACC-RI) is seeking sources only.

Please submit all capability statements as outlined below by 12:00 P.M. CDT on 31 March 2026, by email to sydney.e.johnson18.civ@army.mil and kathleen.m.ward20.civ@army.mil. This is for information only and should not be construed as a Request for Quote.

Please provide a capability statement that clearly addresses the following areas:

• Vendor Information: Company Name, Address, CAGE Code, and Unique Entity ID (EUI).
• Business Size: Your company's size standard under NAICS code 811210.
• Technician Certification: A statement confirming your technicians are certified by Schneider Electric. This is a critical requirement. To ensure the manufacturer's warranty for the new components is not voided, all work must be performed by service professionals certified by Schneider Electric.
• Scope of Work: Confirm your ability to perform the full scope of work, which is for a Schneider Electric Modular Revitalization (SKU WMPR505-MP-505). The UPS cabinet and batteries are to remain in place. The requirement is to replace componentry with Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) parts from Schneider Electric.
  • Associated Components for Replacement: intelligence modules, static switch + H.E. power modules, power view display, network management card, switchgear board, battery monitor board, and system PSU.
  • Associated Work: delivery of all components, on-site removal of old componentry and installation of new componentry by certified professionals, configuration of the system, disposal of old componentry, and a one-year service agreement.
