SOURCES SOUGHT - FY26 BASE MARQUEE

The 21st Contracting Squadron (21 CONS) at Peterson Space Force Base (SFB) is seeking sources for adding and installing of modems to the existing marquees at each base gate, compatible with existing Daktronics systems. We are conducting market research to identify potential sources capable of providing approximately five (5) modems that meet the general specifications outlined below. We are particularly interested in vendors with pre-priced contracts, especially those available through GSA.

• Must be compatible with marquee part number: Galaxy GT6x-135x360-8-RGB-SF
• Must be compatible with marquee part number: Galaxy GT6x-225x360-8-RGB-SF
• Modems capable of at least 4G/LTE mobile data access (5G is unnecessary and most networks are beginning to drop 2G and 3G support)
• Modems need to be capable of withstanding normal high and low temperatures for Peterson SFB (approx. 15°F to 100°F)
• Modems need to be compatible with existing Daktronics marquee systems already installed at all gates
• Modems need to be resistant against or protected from rain, snow, and other adverse weather conditions

Purpose: This Sources Sought notice is for market research purposes only, issued in accordance with FAR Part 5. It is not a solicitation for offers and shall not be construed as a commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation or award a contract. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this notice.

Submission Instructions: Interested parties should submit their responses to the questions in the attached documents along with a brief capabilities statement demonstrating their ability to meet the general requirements outlined above. Please include your company name, address, point of contact, CAGE code, business size (e.g., small business, large business), and any relevant past performance information, especially highlighting any pre-priced contracts, particularly those on GSA .
