3. Purpose

The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) is seeking to identify potential sources, other than the approved source, that are capable of manufacturing and/or supplying the Hand Truck, Shipboard Pallet Truck, NSN 3920-01-574-0457. This market research is being conducted to determine the extent of competition that exists for this item and to identify any alternative products that may be suitable.

4. Submission Information

Interested parties who consider themselves qualified to provide the above-listed item are invited to submit a response to this Sources Sought Notice. Responses should include, at a minimum, the following information:

• Company name, address, CAGE code, and point of contact information.
• A statement of capability demonstrating the ability to manufacture or supply this item. This should include details of any prior experience in providing similar items to the U.S. Government or other customers.
• Any available technical data, drawings, or specifications for the proposed item.

• Any other relevant information that demonstrates the company's ability to meet the Government's needs.
