SOV SIGMA MILITARY TANDEM SYSTEMS

NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE: The Kentucky Air National Guard intends to award a sole source purchase order to Complete Parachute Solutions, Inc. (cage code 3B7S7), 1326 E International Speedway Blvd, Ste 7, Deland, FL 32724-2629 for complete SOV Military Sigma Tandem Systems. Complete Parachute Solutions, Inc. will be able to provide the tandem parachute systems to ensure the Kentucky Air National Guard Special Tactics Squadron will adhere to various Air Force requirements and Technical Orders. Complete Parachute Solutions, Inc. is the sole manufacturer and distributor for the SOV Military Sigma Tandem Parachute System. Any deviation from the use of standardized parachutes may hinder mission success and lead to significant confusion amongst aircrew and technicians. Please note that this is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all interested parties who believe they can meet the requirements are invited to submit in writing complete information describing their ability to provide the product/services listed above. A determination by the government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A Sole Source Justification Letter will be posted with the Notice of Intent to Award Sole Source IAW Far 6.305(a). The closing date for this notice is 1 August 2025 at 10:00 AM Eastern Standard Time.
