    The purpose of this amendment is to extend the due date for bidd to May 15, 2025

    This project includes all requirements necessary for the retrofit and reconstruction of an efficiently operating Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning system for the existing Spanish Fork Ad Site Building. This will include removal and storage of the existing 4ton AC unit and furnace. With the installation of new units, one new AC concrete pad, and mini split system according to specifications and COR instruction. All incidental demolished material is to be disposed of as required by the local jurisdictions. All equipment, including mini-splits, electrical, piping and any other connections as indicated is to be provided and installed.
