Description: In accordance with Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) Part 10, DLA Energy is conducting market research to identify interested vendors capable of providing fuel products to DLA Energy customers located in North Carolina (Customer Organized Group (COG) 4 region). The qualifying North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this effort is 324110. The resultant contract type will be a Fixed Price with Economic Price Adjustment contract. Delivery Address: Various locations in North Carolina. Scope and Timeframe: Products to be solicited may include: Gasoline, Reg Unl (MUR); NSN: 9130-00-148-7103; Estimated Quantity: 30,600.000 USG Delivery modes may include Tank Truck W/Pump. Tank Type: 1 - Above Ground Tank, Capacity 4,500 Gallons Truck & driver must be able to board an LCM-8 vehicle transport vessel to access site on Piney Island, NC. Truck driver will offload fuel and drive truck back onto the LCM-8 vehicle transport vessel for return. Period of Performance: The anticipated period of performance is from Date of Award to 30 September 2029. Offers must be submitted in Dollars per US Gallon All responsible offerors must have an active registration in SAM.gov All documentation and statements received in response to this source sought shall become the property of the U.S. Government.
