SPE7LX-25-R-0020 PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE

The Government intends to solicit and negotiate a LTC contract as the successor to contract SPE7LX21D0110. The solicitation will comprised of 258 National Stock Numbers (NSNs) that support various General Dynamics Land Systems (GDLS) military weapon systems including but not limited to the Abrams Main Battle Tank, Light Armored Vehicle Family of Vehicles, Buffalo, Mine Protected clearance. The 358 NSNs incles items managed by the Defense Logistics Agency Land and Maritime (316 consumable) and items managed by the Depot Level Repairable (DLR) Detachment in Warren, Michigan (42 DLR). 

THERE IS ONLY ONE RESPONSIBLE SOURCE AND NO OTHER SUPPLIERS OR SERVICES WILL SATISFY THE AGENCY
REQUIREMENTS, UNDER THE AUTHORITY OF TITLE 10 USC § 3204 (a)(1). INTERESTED PERSONS MAY IDENTIFY THEIR
INTEREST AND CAPABILITY TO RESPOND TO THE REQUIREMENT OR SUBMIT PROPOSALS. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT
IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS AND DOES NOT CONSTITUTE A SOLICITATION. HOWEVER, ALL PROPOSALS RECEIVED WITHIN 15 DAYS AFTER DATE OF PUBLICATION OF THIS SYNOPSIS WILL BE CONSIDERED BY THE GOVERNMENT.

A DETERMINATION BY THE GOVERNMENT NOT TO COMPETE THIS PROPOSED ACTION, BASED UPON RESPONSES TO
THIS NOTICE, IS SOLELY WITHIN THE DISCRETION OF THE GOVERNMENT. INFORMATION RECEIVED WILL NORMALLY
BE CONSIDERED SOLELY FOR THE PURPOSE OF DETERMINING WHETHER TO CONDUCT A COMPETITIVE
PROCUREMENT.

See attachment for the proposed NSNs. In addition to those NSNs included in the attachment of this posting, the
scope of this action includes all DoD managed NSNs for which GDLS is/are the sole approved source of supply. NSNs
within the scope may be added to this initiative or any resulting contract at a later date. The solicitation includes
DLAD Procurement Note L27 - Addition and Deletion of Items to facilitate the addition of any future NSNs.
