This is a Special Notice of intent to procure PromethION Flow Cell Packs and Ligation Sequencing Kits for the development of a mission-critical molecular tools to genetically sequence environmental and wildlife tissue samples.

Delivery Schedule:

One of each item shipped every other month, with all items shipped by September 30, 2026.

The Government intends to negotiate a firm-fixed-price purchase order for the above requirement.  The NAICS code for this procurement is 334516 with a corresponding size standard of 1,000 employees.

SUCH DOCUMENTATION WILL BE EVALUATED SOLELY FOR THE PURPOSE OF DETERMINING WHETHER OR NOT TO CONDUCT THIS PROCUREMENT ON A COMPETITIVE BASIS. A DETERMINATION BY THE GOVERNMENT NOT TO CONDUCT A COMPETITIVE PROCUREMENT, BASED UPON RESPONSES TO THIS NOTICE, IS SOLELY WITHIN THE DISCRETION OF THE GOVERNMENT.
