SPECIAL NOTICE - PORTFOLIO ACQUISITION EXECUTIVE (PAE) AIR MANEUVER AM, CAPABILITY PROGRAM EXECUTIVE (CPE) MISSION AUTONOMY, PROGRAM MANAGER (PM) AUTONOMOUS ROBOTIC CAPABILITIES (ARC), ROBOTIC LOGISTIC SUPPORT CENTER (RLSC)

1. Purpose: This Special Notice is to inform industry that the Government intends to issue a solicitation for Robotics Logistics Support Services (RLSS) in June 2026. This requirement will support the Robotics Logistics Support Center (RLSC) and its mission to equip the Joint Warfighter with advanced robotic warfighting capabilities.

2. Requirement Overview: These non-personal, non-commercial services will provide comprehensive Robot Maintenance and Operations Support. The successful offeror will provide manning to the RLSC’s training, deployment, systems engineering, integration, testing, fielding, sustainment, and improvement of unmanned systems that form the backbone of the future force.

• Logistics
• System Engineering and Technical Assistance (SETA)

3. Acquisition Details: The upcoming solicitation will be issued against the General Services Administration (GSA) One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services Plus (OASIS+) Multiple Award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (MA IDIQ) contract.
