This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued.

RFQ W9124X25Q0019 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) in accordance with FAR Part 12 and 13. All responsible source(s) solicited may submit a quote that shall be considered. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit a quote.

This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-05 effective 08/07/2025, and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) Change 01/17/2025 effective 01/17/2025.

Prospective offerors must include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Products and Commercial Services, with their quotes.

            a.         If the representations and certifications currently posted electronically at FAR 52.212-3 in the System for Award Management (SAM), have been entered or updated in the last 12 months, and are current, accurate, complete, and applicable to this solicitation, then the offeror may write “N/A” in the space provided in 52.212-3(b)(2).

            b.         If the representations and certifications have not been entered or updated in the last 12 months or are not current, accurate, complete, and applicable to this solicitation, then the offeror must state in the space provided in 52.212-3(b)(2) which paragraphs, c - v, need updating, then update those paragraphs within the provision.

Quotations received after solicitation close and/or incomplete quotations that do not contain all the stated solicitation submittal requirements may not be considered for award. Interested offeror quotations shall be valid for at least 30 calendar days after the solicitation close date.

Description of Requirements:

(a) The United States Property and Fiscal Office, Purchasing and Contracting Division, on behalf of the 17th Sustainment Brigade, requires 5 specialized storage containers for the purpose of organized and protected storage for physical fitness equipment at various armories in Reno and Las Vegas. 

(b) There is not a current contract for this requirement.

CLIN 0001 ACFT Equipment Specialized Storage Container 1 Each

Integrated secure storage for 16 sets of ACFT equipment and accessories; heavy duty steel or aluminum, corrosion resistant, weather tight seals and ventilation in accordance with MIL-STD-648; weather resistant and sun resistant; Military logo (17th STB) on exterior; forklift pockets and corner fitting for transportation; lockable double doors for safeguard of government property; interior storage with custom racks, shelving and compartments for organized and proper storage of ACFT equipment; exterior marking must meet Data Standards - Item Unique Identification (IUID).
