All information is to be submitted at no cost or obligation to the U.S. Government. The U.S. Government reserves the right to reject, in whole or in part, any input as a result of this market survey. The U.S. Government is not obligated to notify respondents of the results of this survey. If a formal solicitation is generated at a later date, a solicitation notice will be published. No award will be made as a result of this market survey.
The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Indian Head Division (NSWC IHD) is seeking potential sources to provide machined products in Titanium grades 1, 2, 4 and 5; Zirconium Zr 702 and Zr 705; and Tantalum materials. Material shall be fabricated to Government specifications.
Potential sources shall be in compliance with the Defense Logistics Agency’s Qualified Suppliers List for Manufacturers (QSLM).
Supplier should be able to supply one or more of the listed metals and metal products from stock created or melted in the United States or in a qualifying country as listed in DFARS 225.872-1. The supplier should identify the metals that meet this criterion and be able to produce certifications that clearly identify the melt source country.
All interested sources shall provide a company brochure or list of capabilities, product literature, organization name, address, a point of contact, phone number, fax number, e-mail address, business size, taxpayer identification number, UEI number, and CAGE Code.
All responding sources must email their response submissions no later than 3:00 p.m. EST on 21 May 2025 to:
