SPECIFIC PACKAGING REQUIREMENT FOR DULBECCO’S MODIFIED EAGLE MEDIUM (DMEM)

The media will be packaged in 20L units in the container configuration outlined below.  The selected, appropriate connections are required to add reagents to the bag to generate complete media and then transfer (pump) to other vessels for vector production in a controlled, aseptic manner.  The specific connections requested ensure compatibility with the existing consumables and transfer materials.  The Specific materials must correspond to or identical with  ThermoFisher Part # SH30712.03) selected for the bags/tubing are also critical for handling and equipment compatibility.
