AoA shall examine technologies that can be CG-owned OR provided as a service by third party vendors. Collaborate with the State of Hawaii, USCG District 14, to study the Anuenue network that spans the Hawaii island chain. Determine if the networking technologies used on the network operate in the 7125-8400 MHz range. If it does, then provide the CG and State of Hawaii an Analysis of Alternatives that meets the joint requirements, including a cost-benefit analysis.
