Two 250L Small Steam Sterilizers.

This is a Sources Sought Notice for Madigan Army Medical Center in Tacoma, Washington. This is NOT a solicitation for proposals, proposal abstracts or quotations.  The purpose of this notice is to obtain information regarding the availability and capability of qualified sources and whether to conduct this procurement on a competitive basis.  The NAICS Code is 339113 and the successful vendor must be registered in the SAM with this NAICS.  Responses to the information requested will assist the Government in determining the appropriate set-aside and acquisition method.  The Joint Base Lewis-McChord Health Contracting Branch (JBLM-HCB) intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract to the successful offeror using FAR Part 12 commercial items procedures.  The requirement is for two 250L Small Steam Sterilizers for Madigan Army Medical Center.  The successful offeror will be required to deinstall the current sterilizers and install the new sterilizers.

A draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) (Attachment 1) and Salient Characteristics (Attachment 2)

are attached for review.

Interested vendors may submit in writing their capabilities and qualifications demonstrating their ability to fulfill the requirement identified in this notice.  Responses to this notice should include company name, address, and telephone number, point of contact (POC), and brochures which will allow the Government to understand your offerings and options.  Capability statements should be submitted to the attention of Ms. Felicia Jones, Contract Specialist, email felicia.m.jones16.civ@health.mil.  Telephonic responses will not be accepted.  Responses must be received no later than 18 AUG 2025, 1:00 PM Pacific Daylight Time (PDT).
