STRATASYS EQUIPMENT, MAINTENANCE AND SERVICES

The U.S. Army, Army Contracting Command, New Jersey (CCNJ) on behalf of the U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command Armament Center (DEVCOM-AC), located at Picatinny Arsenal, NJ has a requirement to procure additional Stratasys equipment. The Government intends to award one contract, on a sole source basis, to Hartech Group LLC, 3030 N Rocky Point DR W Suite 150 Tampa, Florida, 33607-7200, United States, the sole distributer of the required Stratasys Equipment. The Authority for this procurement comes under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1(c)(1), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements: Application for brand name descriptions. The NAICS code for this effort is 333517 and the small business size standard, January 1, 2022, is 500 employees.

On 3 September 2025, a Sole Source Justification was approved. The justification cites Hartech Group LLC as the only source capable of providing the required Stratasys equipment, due to their status as the authorized reseller for this brand.
