All treatment services are to be provided by clinicians who currently hold a professional license to practice independently, without supervision, in the state of New Hampshire. Services will be required to be performed within a five (5) mile radius of the Manchester City Hall, 1 City Hall Plz Ste 330, Manchester, NH 03101 and accessible to public transportation.
