The United States Embassy in Kingston, Jamaica invites quotations from authorized vehicle dealers for the supply and delivery of the following vehicles or approved equivalents:

Responses must include a compliance checklist that shows where quoted vehicle specifications equal or exceed the minimum required specifications. Quotations should be sent in USD excluding duties and taxes and must include supply availability, delivery time, warranty information, detailed product literature, statement of service support and availability of spares from the locally authorized dealer. The Embassy will not arrange customs clearance for the vehicle purchased from the successful vendor or to independently pay any associated customs duties. Consequently, any services, clearances or shipping charges and arrangements which are required to deliver the vehicle to the Embassy at 30 Monroe Road, Kingston, Jamaica must be costed and guaranteed as part of a vendor’s quotation. Any quotation that declines to offer (and cost as appropriate) any such services cannot be judged technically acceptable. All firms that respond to this request for quotation must at the time of submitting their quotations have an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM).
