SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF 2027 MID SIZE SUV

The United States Embassy in Kingston, Jamaica invites quotations from authorized dealers of vehicles for the supply and delivery of a 2027 5-Door, Right Hand Drive, Mid-Size SUV that meets the following minimum specifications:

• 5 door Mid Size SUV

• Seating capacity: 5 passengers

• 2.0L gasoline engine (1,987 cc)

• Two-wheel drive (2WD)

• Automatic transmission with manual shift capability

• 18-inch alloy wheels

• Automatic LED headlamps and fog lamps

• Fabric seats

• Power-adjustable driver's seat

• Smart entry and push-button start

• Apple CarPlay and Android Auto

• Bluetooth and USB connectivity

• Wireless charging

• Four (4) USB charging ports

• Six (6) speakers

• Front and rear parking sensors

• Reverse camera

• Seven (7) airbags

• Cruise control

• Powered tailgate

• Vehicle stability control

• Hill start assist

• Traction control

• Anti-lock braking system (ABS)

• Engine immobilizer

• Fuel tank capacity: 55 litres

• Unladen weight: 2,115 kg                         

Responses must include a compliance checklist that shows where quoted vehicle specifications equal or exceed the minimum required specifications.

Quotations should be sent in USD excluding duties and taxes and must include supply availability, delivery time, warranty information, detailed product literature, statement of service support and availability of spares from the locally authorized dealer.

The Embassy will not arrange customs clearance for the vehicle purchased from the successful vendor or to independently pay any associated customs duties. Consequently, any services, clearances or shipping charges and arrangements which are required to deliver the vehicle to the Embassy at 30 Monroe Road, Kingston, Jamaica must be costed and guaranteed as part of a vendor’s quotation. Any quotation that declines to offer (and cost as appropriate) any such services cannot be judged technically acceptable.

All firms that respond to this request for quotation must at the time of submitting their quotations must have an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM).
