SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF PASSENGER VEHICLE

This solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date.  The Embassy of the United States in Kolonia, Federated States of Micronesia will launch the solicitation on SAM.gov website when it is available.

This solicitation is for the supply and delivery of passenger vehicles for the Embassy of the United States in Kolonia, Federated States of Micronesia.  This is a fixed price type of contract.

All contactors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM.gov) database – https://www.sam.gov prior to contract award pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7.  Therefore, prospective offerors are required to register prior to submission of offer.

Electronic Submission/Responses:

This opportunity allows electronic responses.  Offers may be submitted via email to MRSSProcurement@state.gov prior to the response date and time.  It is important to make sure the submission is made in specific size and format – in MS-Word 2007/2010 or MS-Excel 2007/2010 or Adobe Acrobat (pdf) file format.  The file size must not exceed 10MB.  If the file size should exceed 10 MB, the submission must be made in separate files and attached to separate emails with less than 10MB each.
