SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF WATER PURIFICATION SYSTEMS TO CAMP GENERAL AGUINALDO, QUEZON CITY

This Solicitation is for the Supply and Delivery of Water Purification Systems to Camp General Aguinaldo, Quezon City

All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered. 

The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract. 

The Government plans to issue solicitation on or about late December 2025.  The proposal’s due date will be set forth in the solicitation.

All contractors must be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to submitting an offer pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. Therefore, prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of quotations/proposals.

This opportunity allows for electronic responses. Please submit your offer via email to ManilaPurchasing@state.gov prior to the response date and time. It is important to make sure the submission is made in specific size and format; in MS-Word 2007/2010 or MS-Excel 2007/2010 or Adobe Acrobat (pdf) file format. The file size must not exceed 10MB.  If the file size exceeds 10MB, the submission must be made in separate files and attached to separate emails with less than 10MB each.
